• Orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched the same business day.

• Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

• Australia: 2–7 business days (express available)

• New Zealand: 5–7 business days

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above set thresholds.

Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means any duties, taxes, or customs fees are already covered by VOYG. You will not be charged extra upon delivery.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your shipment status anytime via our Track My Order page.

Delays

While we work closely with our carrier partners to meet the delivery estimates provided, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier network issues, or peak holiday periods.
