VOYG warranty policy covers any faults in relation to the functionality of the product resulting in either a
replacement or repair.

VOYG Bag Products (Everyday Anti-Theft Bag, Vault Anti-Theft Bag, Compression Packing Cubes, Foldaway Weekender Bag, Foldaway Anti-Theft Bag): 3 year warranty

VOYG Accessories Products (Smart Passport Wallet, Luggage Wheel Protectors, Smart Australian Passport Wallet): 2 year warranty

VOYG Tech Accessories Products: 1 year warranty

Our VOYG Warranty doesn’t cover issues caused by misuse, items purchased second-hand or without proof of purchase
directly from VOYG, cosmetic marks, or the normal wear and tear that comes with regular use. These don’t affect how
your product works or its durability, so they’re not considered faults.

Please note before submitting claim:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (voyg order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim.

  • Complimentary items and gifts with purchase are not covered under their respective warranty policies.

  • If you no longer reside in your region of purchase, please be aware that VOYG does not cover shipping costs. VOYG is not liable for any customs fees or charges imposed by the courier.

  • Resolution options may vary depending on your location, itinerary, availability, etc.
