Return Policy

Your VOYG product should inspire confidence and excitement from the moment it arrives. But we understand that sometimes a
product may not be the perfect fit for your journey. Whether you’ve changed your mind, need a different style, or simply feel the item isn’t right, our policy ensures you have time to decide. 

VOYG Return Eligibility

Before you begin your return claim, please make sure you meet the following eligibility items shown below. 

  • Order is within our 28 day return timeframe.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. VOYG will require images to be provided showcasing the unused condition.

  • VOYG order number and email must be provided to progress with claim.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.

Discounted and Complimentary Items

Discounted items will not be eligible for return.

Any complimentary items gifted during VOYG promotional periods are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7
business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately here with photos provided and we’ll make sure to assist.
