How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed the same day if ordered before 2pm (Australia only) or within 1 business day if ordered after 2pm. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days of processing – but the exact time frame depends on your location and country. If you’re off the beaten path or live in a rural area, it may take a little longer. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we offer shipping to Australia. We’re working on expanding, so if you’re outside our shipping zone, stay tuned – we may ship to your location soon.
How much does shipping cost?
We have multiple shipping options including FREE local shipping (Australia only). You will find a shipping estimate at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey straight to your door. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours, check your spam folder or reach out to us via our Contact Us page.
What if my package gets lost or delayed?
Lost or delayed orders are rare, but if it happens, don’t worry – we’ll help. If your tracking info hasn't been updated in a while or your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, send us a message here and we’ll get it sorted ASAP.

What’s your return policy?
If you’ve had a change of mind, you have 100 days from receiving your order to return it. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?
You have 100 days from receiving your package to start a return. Simply email us at customercare@voyg.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping is at your expense. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for lost returns or returns damaged during delivery.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
We’ll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the package and its contents and get in touch with us here within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and send a replacement ASAP – at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we approve your return, refunds should appear in your account within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. If you paid with Afterpay, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, check with your bank or payment provider first. Still no luck? Get in touch with us here.

Can I use Afterpay?
Yes. With Afterpay, you can split your purchase into interest-free payments – just select Afterpay at checkout and pay over time.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to protect your details, and we never store your credit card information – your data is more secure than a passport in our Smart Family Passport Wallet.
Do you charge in AUD (Australian dollars)?
Yes, all prices are in AUD (Australian dollars) unless otherwise stated. If you’re shopping from outside Australia, your bank will convert the total to your local currency.
Can I use a discount code?
Of course! If you’ve got a promo code, just enter it at checkout and the discount will apply automatically. Any issues with obtaining the discount? Just reach out for support here.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us here ASAP, and we’ll do our best! If it’s already shipped, you’ll have to wait for delivery and then process a return.
My order is missing an item. What should I do?
Before you panic and start unpacking your suitcase looking for it, check your tracking info – some items ship separately. If it’s still missing, get in touch with us here, and we’ll look into it for you.
I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it – contact us immediately via our contact page. If it’s already on its way, we recommend contacting the courier directly to see if they can adjust the delivery. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).

First, check with housemates, neighbours, your local post office, or building reception – sometimes packages are left in a safe place. If you still can’t find it, contact us here, and we’ll help track it down.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
